I have an M151A2. I refer to it a an M series (POS) Piece Of S (doo doo).

Handling wise, you must stay on top of it all the time at high speeds. It has
no sway bars and lays right over on a corner. This is quite unnerving till you
get use to it. It would probably be a lot safer with 6-8 ply radial truck tires
which some of my friends have on theirs. I have driven A1's and my A2 and think
that the A2 with a ROPS lays into the corners more than an A1. I do like the
ROPS for safety though. It is a pain in th rump for everything else like entry
and exit and the seat belt design is classic M series (I know better than all
car manufacturers and can design something better, NOT)

It does not have the rocker panel clearance of an MB, M38 or M38A1. Therefor,
if you take it in the woods, the rocker panels will give that fact away. It has
a nice ride for a little cracker box due to the independent suspension. The bad
news is that they could not (after 50+ years of making them) make the hypoid
differentials quiet. With the rear one bolted to the floor, you have a 2' by 2'
metal speaker right behind you.

My .02
Steve
