[MV] m715 carb problems

my m715 had acarb problem,i pulled it off and rebuilt it,it had alot of
garbage in the carb,i also pulled the tank,cleaned it,steam cleaned it and
washed it out several times.and i blew out the fuel lines,when i put it back
togeather,i used three inline
fuel filters,a small filter at the tank,a large canister filter on the
firewall and a small
filter before the carb.when i fired it up,it ran exactly the same as before,am
i looking
in the wrong place?i'm trying to sell the beast,but want to get it running a
little better first.
