I'm trying to help out a buddy. Anyone know where bushings can be
purchased for an 1952 M38A1 distributor? He also tells me the
distributor is probably not the correct one but is from an "L-head".
All the standard jeep parts suppliers only list rebuilt distributors,
but they're pretty pricey...

P.S. He wanted to find out what the circular indentation on the
passenger side of the cowl is for? He also might be interested in
selling the original air cleaner assembly, as he has no interest in
restoring it (but I'm working on him!)
