Hi All,

This probably has a fluted brass body and a quarter turn locked "T" pump
handle on the end, I'm not sure the number refers to the date or type,
however, if it is what I have in mind don't use it even for an experiment on
a fire.

These types are filled with carbon tetrachloride liquid which produces
phosgene gas when heated, another WWI nasty more commonly known as mustard
gas.
