[MV] What kind of winch?

I bought a 2.5 ton truck PTO from a guy at the Big Bear Meet here in
California. He claims it to be off of a Studebaker, which should also fit
my CCKW 353 since the trannys are identical. This PTO appears to be a
lightweight version of a PTO though. The stud for the drive shaft is only
one inch in diameter and the overall size is much smaller than the photos in
my manual of the actual PTO for my truck. Could anyone tell me what kind of
PTO this is and for which vehicle? Could this be an aftermarket part? The
gentleman has already agreed to take it back in case it doesn't work.
Also I bought a radiator from Jack Tomlin for the same truck and it doesn't
fit. The top and bottom caps are identical to my original but the core is
1.5 inches longer. Is this just a Norwegian aftermarket radiator?
