"What kind of price do these "parts trucks" bring? The combat wheels,
carb, generator, starter are often missing in US. Maybe the scrap
dealers
would sell parts."

They do. The 9.00 X 16 combat tires are being sold for around some 130
U.S. dollars.

Some months ago, complete and like-new T-214 engines where being sold
for around 1,200 U.S dollars. The problem with the engines of most
scrapped WCīs is that they have had them changed in the army for
diesels.

The scrap dealers only sell the engines, transmissions and wheels. The
rest is turn into metal.

Bear in mind that here there is not a culture of preserving military
vehicles as there is in the rest of Europe and in the U.S. Maybe this
is because Spain was not directly involved in WWII, or for other
psycological reasons but the fact is there really is no market for
pieces. For this reason, the scrappers donīt even bother to keep a stock
of pieces of military vehicles.
