You figure water weighs about 8 pounds per gallon, so 100 gallons = 800
lbs.
I have seen 250 gallon plastic horizontal water tanks ( available from farm
suppliers for weed spraying ) mounted in a 3/4 ton trailer. It you are
towing with an M-37 ( a truck with notoriously poor brakes ) you kind of
want the trailers with the surge brake system, that works !!. The M-37 is

Just remember to go slow and be really careful, especially using a tank
without baffles. And heh, dueces are cheap these days, get one of those and
you can haul even more water !! I used to have a 1000 gallon tank on mine.
