Gordon and the rest,
Reference DUKWs, a number of years ago (1979) there was a stack, and
I mean a stack, of DUKW hulls along the outside of the outer wall of
the Naval Academy of Mexico in Vera Cruz. The hulls were stacked
several vehicles deep. They can be seen when you go over to the
fortress where Benito Juarez was imprisoned. I have no idea if they
might be for sale or not nor what condition they were in. and I don't
have any contacts there to find out, but thought that I would pass it
along.
