[MV] Tire Size Follow-Up

Thanks to all for the help converting 9.00x16 to a metric tire
equivalent--some very interesting info was also generated. Despite warnings
to the contrary, I'll probably try to find a radial to replace my bias-ply
NDTs. Several people reported running radials on their split rims without
problems. I wouldn't mind putting new NDTs on there, but I can get radials
(or even bias-plys) that perform better for less $$.

I'm now searching for an appropriate, semi-conservative tread pattern that
does a decent job off-pavement (hence the interest in GoodYear Wrangler
MTs). I visited several tire manufacturer's web sites and came across some
Kelley-Springfield tires that are sure to please folks on both sides of the
recent "directional tires--which way?" series of postings.

Check out these tires at:
http://www.kelly-springfield.com/product/medium/hdet.html (clicking on the
tire graphic enlarges it). I wonder if these come in LT235-85R16 size...
