How do you install those !#^%#$?!! rubber draft pads on the brake and clutch
pedal of an M-37??? I have tired it dry (Ripped), soaked in baby oil for a
week (Ripped but smelled baby fresh for the next parade)...

I'm not familiar with your specific situation, but have you tried heating up
the rubber with a hair drier. It may make it stretchy without snapping...
