Try Joe Hall at Flat Fenders Forever. I got my headlight buckets, brackets
and rings from him. Joe is genuinely nice and extremely helpful. He has
assisted me technically on solving several problems...all over the
telephone.

Hello
I just took delivery of a 1942 GPW that needs a lot of work.
I have not spent a lot of time looking it over yet but I know
it is missing a bunch of details and has a few modifications.
First off it has been sloppily converted to 12 volts.
It now has big 12 volt headlamps screwed to the outside of the grill.
Where can I get new headlamps and brackets?
Are there 12 volt bulbs that will fit the proper brackets (just for now)?
I am also looking for taillights and blackout lights.

It runs great. It has a willys engine. Can anyone tell me if the original
engine was a Ford or Willys? Should I be looking for an "F" somewhere?

I have tons of questions. You will be hearing from me again.
Anyone here from Vancouver BC area who likes to talk jeep?
Thanks,
Kerry
