[MV] Camo Patterns

I have had many requests and now it is done. With the excellent cooperation
of Pasquale Lombardi and Buzz, camo patterns from TB 43-0209 for the M-151,
M-715, and M-114 have been added to www.olive-drab.com in the section on MV
camo. Four color patterns are there for all three vehicles and three color
for the M-151. Others are in the works.

Thanks to all for your many suggestions -- please keep them coming in. I
will try to keep adding value to the site.
