I am once again back at the bar seeking wise advice :-)
On my 53 M-37 there is a banging noise when I change direction (i.e. from forward to reverse)
I first suspected the universal joints, but on examination, they all look and feel fine.
My next thought would be in one of the gear boxes, perhaps some sort of adjustment? like a backlash or???
I have read over the TMs, but nothing jumps out at me.
any ideas?
