The 37mm M6, as mounted on the M2, M3, and other light tanks and AFVs,
weighed 185lbs. Figure that the 37mm was used and mounted on the Jeep
then standardized as the M6 37mm Gun Motor Carriage with the 37mm
gun mounted at the rear of a 3/4 ton weapons carrier, the weight probably
isn't much more when you add in the gun shield and mounting...I'd
assume an additional 30-50 pounds or more.
