The local gas station has a product they call "Bead Lube" that they use
on their tire machine. I will ask them where to get it and post again
later. It lubricates the bead as it goes over the rims on conventional
tires, and keeps the bead from sticking to the rim. I have used some of
it on my truck tires (the gas station won't touch my split rims) and it
works well in keeping the tires from getting stuck.
