Looks like I need all new brake hydraulic lines for my M715.
It started when a short section of line at the left rear wheel burst causing
a sudden and complete loss of brakes. This was relatively easy to fix
requiring only three trips to the auto parts store. But then, after getting
it back together, a second line sprang a leak, probably from me disturbing
it while fixing the initial problem.
When this second leak occurred, I examined the entire hydraulic system and
found the steel brake lines seriously rusted and the rubber ones looking
pretty fragile. They all need to be replaced to ensure a reliable brake
system.
Has anyone out there done this ? Where can I get the parts ? Any
suggestions ?
