[MV] M718 Side curtains (M151 Ambulance)

Hey all:

I just picked up my latest addition to the motor pool: A USMC 1967 M718 frontline ambulance.

I am looking for a set of side curtains (Preferable in canvas) for this beast. I have a new top and rear.

Can anybody help?
