Thanks John, the only reason I homed in on Australia was that I didn't
know anyone else that went to the bother of converting them - I've
never seen a RHD jeep in the UK. Given the positioning of the
steering and diffs there would not seem to be any point unless local
regulations said 'no RHD - no use' and Australia was the only country I
could remember that ever had any such attitudes. It would be worth
knowing how it was done for interest sake alone, and whether it was
safe / reliable. In my favourite Tucker video there are a couple of
instances of reversed negatives changing the appearance of the 'Cats,
but you have to be pretty dumb not to see the 'TUCKER SNO-CAT'
lettering on the pontoon sides is reversed.

When I was dismantling the T112 Carryalls earlier in the month, I
noticed that these (U.S.) vehicles came with pre-punched chassis and
body holes for LHD or RHD, but the jeep has no room for such luxuries.
I seem to remember an (Australian ? ) list member describing how the
jeep conversion was done too. Gordon
