[MV] WW2 fuel filter replacement

I remember reading someplace that there is a paper fuel filter cartridge that
will fit into a WW2 water/fuel seperator. You remove the disk assy and install
this element and have an original looking fuel filter.

Does anyone know the pn and make of this element?
