Paul,
Research the archives for an in depth coverage of the subject. My solution
is to buy ready made brake lines and cut them to length. I purchased the
special double flare tool so I can flare them properly. Don't forget to put
the
flare nut on the line before you flare it. Get special coil spring type things
to slide onto the lines when bending to prevent kinks. Napa has the things
you need, but treat the flaring tool with care. I broke the tit off one of the
special gizzes that gets inserted into the tube end. :( And be sure to
inspect your flares for cracks after you make them. Don't use extreme
pressure on the tool's handle.
