Eric,
Of course a quick call to your motor vehicle agency would probably get
you all the answers, I'm pretty sure that you'll find out that you will not
need a CDL due to the 2-1/2 tonner being under 26000 lbs. GVW. They
(M35A2) only have air booster brakes, not air brakes, so no air brake
endorsement is needed. I don't think that you plan to carry Haz-Mats,
so again, no CDL needed. I have Historical plates on mine here in NJ.
