For that price (in the US) I'd expect it to be running and driving, though
not necessarily road legal with decent brakes. I'd also be looking for
the original pickup box and tailgate in restorable condition (cabs and
chassis are commonish and cheap), and preferably with the original T112,
T207, T211, or T215 engine and the original 7.50 x 16 wheels rather than
the 9.00 x 16 3 / 4 ton WC ones.

Missing canvas, seat cushions, cracked windscreen and dented / rusty cab
sheetmetal can all be expected. All these pickups were produced in
reasonable quantities and are not "rare" even the earlier VC3 pickup (like
mine) is not that uncommon. Be awre too that many of the 1/2 tons sat on
the standard 116" wheelbase chassis, so it could be a re-bodied Command
Car, Carryall, or the like.
