For the interest of those on the target thread, I recently researched my old
Charles F. Adams class destroyer and found the she and many of her conterparts
were sold for $42,00.00 and stricken to become lighting and generator platforms
for a Florida company. 1 ship of this class is in the process of becoming a m
useum. 1 of 23.

On the turbo 400 tranny thread, if you lose vaccuum to the modulator it
is only evident a shift points. No vaccuum mean LOTS of revs and a really hard
shift. Real life experience here.
