[MV] decontamination kit

I am contiuing to detail my M151a2 and am installing a decontamination kit.
The manual shows it to be mounted behind the driver on the side of the wheel
well, I have been told however that it mounts behind the driver on the front
of the wheel well next to the fire extinguisher. Which is correct?
