Hi Dennis,

You can order a 9/16" drill and reamer from MSC Industrial over their 800
line. This is not an unusual size bit or reamer and won't cost very much.
If you don't have an electric drill with a 1/2" chuck you will need to get
a turned shank drill bit and a hand reamer (with a square on the shank for
a tap handle). MSC's phone number is: 1-800-645-7270

I have ordered from them at work for years and they are terrific to deal
with and they ship fast too. Good luck with the flywheel project.
