I am not sure if it's the same as an International Truck but I once had a
steering wheel come off literally while moving and managed to get it stopped
by the side of the road where I discovered the socket for the wheel lugs was
the same and fit perfectly!!! Tightened it up with no slop and
continued...............after I had a few cups of Joe to settle my nerves.
Try it you might be surprised. Not responsible if it isn't the same.
