[MV] MIL5606 substitution??

Anybody know if we could substitute the readily available Mil 5606 hyd fluid
for all hyd and brake applications? I know it's superceded by the newer fire
resistant stuff, but it's still readily available and shouldn't hurt soft
parts. We used it in all aviation applications for years. mike
