This vehicle is the WC62 (without winch) or the WC63 (with winch).
It is rated 1 1/2 tons, and is basically a 3/4 ton WC with an
added rear axle. 90% of the parts are interchangable. They were
built as personell carriers, to supplement the 2 1/2 ton trucks
already used in that role.
The Norwegian army sold 100-200 of these a few years ago, and they
are not uncommon in Europe.
