Greetings MV folk

I recently hauled home a WW2 1 ton wood trailer. The wood on the
floor is all rotted away and what's left on the sides is'nt much.
Fortunatly it sat and rotted in one spot for the last 40+ years so most all
the steel brackets that fell off with time where laying still where they
hit the dirt. There is also a PE 95 5 kw generator on this trailer.
What I would like is to get in contact with someone who has restored
a wood trailer and who would'nt mind giving me some dimensional info on the
wood floor and any suggestions on how to properly attack this project.
For what it's worth , I was amazed that what have to have been at
least 45+ year old military tires and tubes after having been flat for
umpteen years , held air after being pumped back up and that the whole
sorry looking thing survived the tow to my place. They sure use to build them.

Thanks for the help

Paul
