I have had no experience with this but talked to a guy who pressure
washed off the red paint. The pictures I saw showed 80% of the markings
were left on the vehicle( 3/4 of star on door unit marking ect...) military

paint looked so good he touched up a couple spots with correct color
and left it. I suspect the military paint was not prepped or sanded prior
to applying the red.
He used a heated pressure washer capable or 3000psi.
I am planning to try on my M-37 when it gets warmer out (he paid a
company $40 to come out and do it). The person that ran the pressure
washer is not available anymore so I can't be to specific on nozzle or
actual machine used. Might be worth a try.

Anyone else tried to remove 1 coat of paint this way?
