As ridiculous as it may sound, if you look at recent laws passed in England
and parts of Australia you will see something very close.
Forgive me of a short step off subject.
In the U.S. it is already a felony to possess more than a 30 day supply of
food in your household. Looks like a large percentage of the population may
be criminals trying to prepare for the Y2K event. The only thing I enjoy more
than my
vehicles........is eating. Now it is subject to prosecution.
