[MV] Found an M-37

I found a 1951 M-37 here in Cookeville Tennessee with the cab in good shape
and the bed was a homemade wood flat bed (a nice job) for hauling field
stone. Its had a rough life there at a rock quarry, but held up well. Its a
hard top non-winch model. Very little serious rust. It runs but needs TLC.
What is it worth, and what does a used bed cost?
