[MV] Rifle holder on 'British' GPW

Hello! On my '42 GPW (3-30-42) there are no holes or brackets where a rifle
could be mounted; also there are no holes or brackets for a gas can holder.
As per All American Wonder, early GPW's did not have rifle or gas can
brackets.

Looks like jeeps that did not leave North America were not equipped with
this.
