The companies name is Encore and if you decide to buy one make sure you
specify the title show the year the engine was built. A few months ago a
fellow in Canada purchased one from Encore and Encore supplied a certificate
of origin as a new vehicle. Hence the new owner discovered he was unable to
register it in Canada because it did not meet emission requirements. They
will as I understand give you either a certificate of origin or a title
using the engines serial number as the body is brand new but will only do
this BEFORE delivery. Best of luck!
