Contact a reputable gun dealer in your state of residence. Ask him if he
is a Class III dealer. If he is, great; if not, ask him if he can direct
you. If your's is one of those Communist no-gun states, he'll tell you.
BTW: You didn't specify if you wanted a .50BMG for your military vehicle
or a .30 M2 Carbine for reinactment purposes. I presume that you want a
.50BMG for your MV since this is an MV list.
