I'm sorry, but I beg to differ. I've got 7 water cans all WWII dated, and
they are ALL DATED ON TOP. Now it is conceviable that I am the victum of a
mass conspiricy to delude and defraud me, perpetrated by some 15 different
people over 2-3 years; however, I feel that there is enough evidence in front
of me to state that these are dated on top. Tom Campbell
