What you call "core charge" we know as "exchange" or "change over"
our ads would look something like this eg.
Relined drum brake shoes $45 per wheel, exchange $25.
or
Relined drum brake shoes $45 per wheel, (change over, $20 refundable).
We may all speak English, but it certainly varies, so it helps to know
what the US jargon is.
