I recently discovered a quantity of "M16 mounts", apparently for an M151.
However, they are nothing like anyone I know has ever seen.
Dated 1980, 3-sided, formed from Aluminium, about the same length as the
rifle, with a "door-handle" foregrip clamp. If you can imagine a long
3-sided box-section, with one end "pinched" together. If anyone can ID
them and wants any, there a quite a few in one of the local markets here at
around US $80 each - a tad pricey eh?
