Please allow me to apologize for my "rudeness of using ALL CAPS", the
shouting you had to endure by my use of the same, and the nausea I caused
you by my "ugly HTML formatted message". Yes I know instructions for using
the mil-veh mailing list were included in the welcome message I received. I
certainly would not have asked for them again had I not have accidently
deleted it from my file. Hopefully I will never again fail to change from
the "ugly and nauseous" text of MIME. As for my "rudeness of using ALL
CAPS", yes, I am capable of keyboarding in lower case letters, though for
the visually impared, we have great difficulty proof reading and making
corrections to text printed in lower case letters. However in an effort not
to offend anyone I will refrain. I trust this message will be forwarded to
the whole list, as I wish to extend my appologies to all whom I have
offended.
