It was in Hot Springs, ARK. 13 dead now, passengers not
wearing life jackets but they were available in vehicle. Sounds
like they had trouble getting out from under canvas top. Duck
owned by White and Yellow Duck Sightseeing Tours. 51 feet of
water about 300 feet out.
Tried to shorten not much info on why it sank.
