List, I wonder when bumper markings on MV became common place during WW2?
I was looking at my Dad's photo album the summer of 1942 at Ft. Warren, WY
and noticed the lack of bumper markings on the trucks and jeeps. They did,
however have sort of a license plate mounted above the bumper. Anyone
have any info on this??? Thanks, Howard
