Just received an email from Jim Rice and he asked if I would post this

I am active duty army and have been deployed to Albania for
the last couple of weeks. I should return by late October (sooner if
the war ends sooner).
For obvious reasons, I am not on the military vehicle list any longer. I
am still alive and well in Albania. Haven't found any interesting
"AVAILABLE" military vehicles here though! E-mails are welcome at
<MAJRICE@HOTMAIL.COM> although I don't know how many I will be able to
reply to.
