SMV = Slow Moving Vehicle. A triangle shaped sign affixed to the rear of a
slow moving vehicle such as a farm tractor, horse drawn wagon, or other such
type of vehicle. Approximately one foot on a side with about a 1 inch wide
band of blaze orange along each side.
