[MV] converting back to multi-fuel

Hi all,
Well, I did it, I bought an M35A2, so now begins the quest for info. It
says under the hood that it has been converted to diesel only, but can be
re-converted. Does anyone know how, or if it is a good idea or bad?
The truck is a 71 AM general ldt 465-1d. Are there books available for
service and repair? Is there a list of options that I can acquire and add?
I bought it from a very nice guy in Idaho. I'm not sure if it's ok to say
who, so I won't until I'm told if it's alright. He was fair on the price
and very helpful. I also bought a few other items from him.
I hope not to offend you experienced MV'ers with dumb questions, if so,
just say and I'll try to find a place for FAQ's and do it there.
I appreciate all the help I've gotten so far, and all the responses in my
search for a deuce.
I drove it home (N. CA.) from Idaho in 12 hours. That was a treat!!!
Fortunately, I was given ear protection and advise to use it. The truck got
around 9 mpg, averaged 40 mph overall, and only seemed to use about a pint
of oil in 500+ miles. So I think it's in good shape.
Sorry to ramble so, I just am excited and want to talk to others that
probably know where I am in this.
Thanks for listening
Henry
