<< Anybody know any more about the SAC museum being
moved? I'd REALLY like to know how they moved some of
those a/c out of Bellvue. A B36 isn't real land
mobile.

They removed the wings and other major assemblies from each of the aircraft
and trucked them along the interstate to their new home. Only casualty I know
if is that the B-25 rolled forward into another plane or the front of the
trailer and banged its nose up a bit.
