[MV] M38 fork lift!

All a friend and member of PSMVCC is restoring a Mod #430540 fork lift
which is on an M38. The company that manufactured the fork lift doesn't
know anything about it. Anyone know anything about them or have any
manuals or anything? The M38 doesn't have a rear body as that is where
the lift is. The lift lifts it's load than retracks in over the rear
wheels for transport. About 100 were made as far as I know. Anyone else?
