IF the flag story is true, lets put it into correct perspective. First, it
would NOT be a VC flag but a flag representing the sovereign nation of
Vietnam. Second, flying the flag of another sovereign nation, on the same
level, and next to an American flag is perfectly acceptable and done all over
the nation. I see a Canadian and Italian flag almost every day. Third, we are
no longer at war with Vietnam; just as we are no longer at war with Great
Britain, Spain, Italy, Germany, or Japan. Their flags fly here all over. The
war's over, we lost, get over it...
