This sounds like a kit called "Matt Track" I think some kid came up with it
or his father came up with it and named it after the kid. Actually it is a
copy of the old, very old, Tucker Sno-Cat principle. I talked to someone
that had one and he was very happy with it, but his use was snow only. Last
I heard they are still available.
