[MV] bad vibes on portrayal press

has anyone delt with portrayal press before ...i found them and ordered 4
manuels from them . we both live in the same state ..it has been almost 2
weeks and nothing ...i have tried e-mailing them ...nothing ...i have tried
calling them for 3 days now ...nothing . i really hate to bad mouth anyone
wrongly , but the lack of responce has really left a sour taste in my mouth .
i have a 52' reo gas engine that i can't get runnin and i need them manuels
to work on it ...everyday i wait , and you guessed it ...nothing . someone
please tell me that they have dealt with this company and gotten what the
ordered . thanx ...
