This is likely a question for the folks in the U.K.
My Ferret has a different style driver's hatch than others I have seen. The
major difference is the shroud over the top of the scope to protect it, and
the worse visability over the inside portion while driving with the main
hatch open.
It is considerably more complicated on the interior than the others and the
straight padded brow piece is more in the way while driving with it folded
forward.
I was just wondering if this is a retrofit or a later version, and what the
advantage is?
